A new fast-moving bill (HB328) in North Carolina threatens to shut down most of the hemp industry including small trusted businesses — like ours. If passed, it will ban most hemp products (THCA Flower, D8 gummies, and more), and harm family farms, and put thousands of jobs at risk.
