We need your help.
A new fast-moving bill (House Bill 328) in North Carolina threatens to shut down much of the local hemp industry including small, trusted businesses like ours. If passed, it could ban many safe, legal hemp products (like those made from THCa or delta-8), harm family farms, and put thousands of jobs at risk across the state.
We believe in responsible regulation, but not a total ban that wipes out small businesses while doing little to improve safety.
If you believe in access, fairness, and supporting local businesses, here’s how you can help in less than 2 minutes:

Message:
Hi, my name is [Your Name], and I’m a resident of [Your City], North Carolina. I’m reaching out to ask you to vote NO on House Bill 328. This bill would unfairly ban many safe, legal hemp products and hurt small businesses, local farms, and access for consumers like me.
I fully support responsible regulations like age limits, testing, and labeling fully. But House Bill 328 goes too far, and it will put hardworking people out of business while limiting safe choices for North Carolinians.
Please protect access and support reasonable, not extreme, rules. Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
[Your Full Name]
