Help Save Cannabis Accessibility Locally & Nationwide

On November 12th, 2025, HR 5371, was signed into law. Contained within the legislation is a provision that has effectively outlawed, not just our own products, but the hemp industry as a whole. Put simply, flower, gummies, drinks, and even non-THC CBD products would be illegal, reducing the legal industry to nothing. Millions of Americans that rely on hemp will lose their access.

Subject: Please Support Responsible Hemp Legislation

Dear [Representative Name],

I’m writing as your constituent to urge you to help reverse the effective federal ban on hemp-derived products and replace it with clear, responsible regulations. The current approach harms consumers, farmers, and small businesses by pushing products into unregulated markets and creating unnecessary economic strain.

Instead of prohibition, we need consistent standards for testing, labeling, age restrictions, and product safety. I also encourage you to speak directly with local hemp and wellness business owners to understand how these policies impact our community.

Please support responsible hemp legislation that protects consumers while preserving economic opportunity.

Thank you for your service.

Sincerely,

[Your Name]
