What is THCa Flower?
THCa flower refers to federally legal hemp flower that contains high amounts of THCa and less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC. Cannabis plants naturally produce high amounts of THCa, which is the unactivated form of THC.
THCa vs Delta 9 THC
THCa is the non-psychoactive precursor to Delta 9 THC. Delta 9 THC is the activated and psychoactive form of THCa. In its raw form, THCa flower is non-psychoactive. THCa converts to THC through heat and combustion. This is known as decarboxylation.
Is THCA Flower legal?
